 Casie is the founder of Moms Investing in Lifting & Fuel (MILF), a 37-year-old mom of three who’s lost over 50 pounds and kept it off for decades. She helps busy women cut through the BS, build muscle, lose fat, and still enjoy their lives—without starting over every Monday. Casie taught as a high school history teacher for over a decade, so she understands the demands that teacher face.

Casie's workshop focuses on the core nutrition principles that drive fat loss, muscle definition, and long-term health. We’ll also break down common diet myths and clarify what actually matters so you can stop guessing and start making progress.

SARAH SEIFERT: MOMS INVESTING IN LIFTING AND FUEL

Sarah is a mom of soon-to-be four boys and a certified prenatal and postnatal women’s coach with a deep passion for strength, motherhood, and helping women feel powerful in every season of life. She believes fitness should support your life, not compete with it, and she's dedicated to helping moms build strong bodies, confident mindsets, and sustainable routines that fit into real, busy days.

Join Sarah for a 30 minute all levels workout class. This will be circuit style and using a pair of dumbbells (5-15lbs recommended).  Join live or watch the recording.

DR. DEVON CALDWELL

Thrive in 30 Yoga

With over twenty years of teaching experience, Dr. Devon Caldwell is an award-winning Kindergarten teacher with a passion for project-based learning, technology integration, wellness, and travel. Devon is a sessional instructor in teacher education programs and a certified yoga instructor.  Devon has completed her 200-hour registered yoga teacher training in Hatha yoga. She has also trained in Transformational Hatha Yoga,  yin yoga and restorative yoga.

  Devon completed a B.Ed. in Early Years Education and an M.Ed. in Inclusive Education. She was recently granted a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Victoria where she investigated how and why K-2 teachers integrated technology.

Devon will share guided meditation, breathwork and yoga with you during the challenge.

LEAH HUNTER OBACH

Your Host & Mindfulness Class Instructor

Leah Obach is the Literacy with ICT Teacher Leader for her school division, coaching K-12 educators in their efforts to infuse technology and inspire authentic, rich learning. Leah has Master of Education degree in Educational Technology and Design and this award-winning teacher has experience teaching at the early years, middle years and high school levels. Leah prioritizes lifelong learning and wellness. Leah enjoys practicing yoga and has completed her Mindful Educator Essentials course with Mindful Schools.
