  • Day 1: Magical Morning 30 minute yoga class 
  • Day 2: guided meditation for renewal (5 or 10 minute practice)
  • Day 3: Flow & Let it Go 60 minute yoga class 
  • Day 4: guided gratitude journaling (5 minute practice)
  • Day 5: guided breathwork practice (7 minute practice)
  • Day 6: mindfulness class (8 minute practice)
  • Day 7: Self-Care Celebration 80 minutes of yoga and wellness with guest speaker Haley Linski
Recordings of each practice are stored in the KG Education dashboard for easy access.
